Situated within the Briarcliff Development, this office building reaches nine stories high and offers stunning views of both the Missouri River and downtown Kansas City. Its robust steel frame is complemented by composite beams with a precast concrete exterior shell enclosing two sides of its accompanying parking garage – also crafted out of precast material.
